Shipping Policy

We roast every order fresh to order (usually the same day or next business day), so your coffee arrives at peak flavor. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

1. Where We Ship
- United States (all 50 states + APO/FPO addresses)  
- Canada  
- Select international countries (see checkout for current list)  

We’re a small roastery and are gradually adding more countries — if your country isn’t available yet, join the waitlist on our site and we’ll notify you when we open it up.

2. Shipping Rates (U.S.)
- Free shipping on all orders over $50 (after discounts)  
- Flat $6.50 for orders under $50

3. Carriers & Delivery Times (U.S.)

All times are after roasting/shipping day. We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed after 10 a.m. ET usually roast and ship the next business day.

4. Canada & International
- Rates calculated at checkout (duties & taxes may be collected by carrier upon delivery — you are responsible for these)  
- Delivery typically 7–21 business days depending on customs  
- We are not responsible for customs delays or fees

5. Order Processing & Roasting Schedule
- Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 10 a.m. ET → roasted and shipped same day in most cases  
- Orders placed after 10 a.m. Thursday through Sunday → roasted and shipped Monday  
- We do not roast or ship on major U.S. holidays

6. Tracking & Lost Packages
Every order gets a tracking number emailed to you as soon as we print the label.  
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first. We are not liable for stolen or misdelivered packages once the carrier marks it delivered.  
If a package is truly lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we’ll file a claim and send a free replacement or refund.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, no hassle.

8. Address Issues
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or returned because of incorrect/incomplete addresses provided by the customer. A $12 re-shipping fee will apply for reshipments.

9. Coffee Subscriptions
Subscriptions ship on the same day every cycle (e.g., every 2 weeks on Wednesday). You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
